Sounds like: Your constipated. Try to stay hydrated, remain active and increase your fiber intake. Also try to find something to aid in stress reduction like meditation or yoga or prayer. Also try to optimize your sleep, this should help too. It may also benefit you if you avoid caffeine for now if your really anxious.
