A member asked:

I find it very hard to sleep at night! should i try sleeping pills?

Try over the counter: First of all make sure you are practicing good sleep hygeine (google that term for details), then try melatonin 3mg two hours prior to your desired sleep time. You may also use l-theanine at bedtime, or tranquilene at www. Tranquilene.Com. If you are also depressed or anxious, please see a psychologist/psychiatrist who can intervene if needed.
