Both: Both can be equally painful, but cellulitis is more dangerous b/c at the wrong place, it can lead to other serious infections or blockage of your airway.

Either can : It depends on the location, duration, size, source of the cellulitis. A tooth ache has the reputation of being one of the worst pains that a human can experience.
