Some ideas: 1) avoid people who cause you high stress 2) be more assertive 3) be willing to compromise 4) express your feelings instead of bottling them up (with a psychologist possibly, find one here: locator.Apa.Org) 5) find health ways to relax and recharge (e.g. Go for a walk, call a trusted friend, work in the garden, play with a pet, pray, go to church, synagogue, etc for perspective).

Great input from Dr: Berman. There a # of ways to address stress. Talk about your feelings & address problems rather than avoiding them. Aim to get 7.5 to 8 hours of quality sleep per night. Daily physical activity is optimal, especially in a green space. Eat healthfully. Cut out junk carbs, caffeine & alcohol or at least keep use moderate. Qi gong, tai chi, acupuncture, acupressure, homeopathy, meditation, yoga, >>.
