Is it bad to have low rbc and elevated bilirubin?

Low RBC: If the RBC has only recently come down below prior levels or below the lower limit of normal for the lab, when in combination with elevated biilrubin (especially the 'indirect form' of bilirubin) it can mean the RBC (red blood corpuscles) are being damaged and then they release their bilirubin into the bloodstream. Have this checked soon

These are my blood test results: RBC 3.02 low-- Hemoglobin !0.3 low--Hemocrit 31.2 high--RDW 176 high--- bilirubin 3.09 high-MCV 103 high-- Alkaline phosphates 120 high. Are these indications of cancer-? 6 months ago these were in normal range?
Slightly elevated bilirubin (1.7) with elevated WBC (12.6) and RBC (5.35). History of ERCP and Gall bladder removal. Is this cause for concern?
