Motion sickness: This is a common problem for those with migraine. I suggest you ride in the front seat, where up and down movements of the car are less than back seat. Pretreatment with medications such as dramamine (dimenhydrinate) or bonine are expected to help. Drive with your window open to get some fresh air.
