See details: You should strength train 3-4 days a week. And do cardio 3 days a week. On a day when you do both, strength train first. Minimize carbohydrate intake and control portion size.

Interesting question: Is the question asking what to do about discomfort caused by wearing certain clothing? (clothing itself is not alive and has no feelings.) a person could have some sensory nerve problems in the skin that signal pain when that part of the skin is touched by clothing (a dermatologist or neurologist can look into the matter). One can try wearing different fabrics to see if softer fabrics help.

Why the symptoms of chiari malformations worse on some days, and better on others?

Symptoms: This malformation is due to pressure in the brain pushing down on the back portion, the cerebellum. Headaches, nausea, dizziness, muscle weakness, and ringing in the ears (tinnitis). Other neurological symptoms, such as restless leg syndrome, sleep apnea, problems with swallowing. An MRI of the head and specialist care by a neurologist will help to diagnose and treat this problem.

Why do I feel the negative effects of a bad meal still days later?

2 doctor answers3 doctors weighed in
Dr. Philip Rosenblum
Family Medicine 28 years experience
Takes 4 days: You can expect about a 4 day interval to return to your usual self after a "bad meal.". Food components: proteins, sugars, vitamins etc. Usually take about that long to clear through your body. That is also why people can have so much difficulty figuring out food allergies. There's a lot of overlap in potential causes of symptoma unless they're on a true elimination diet.
