YOU NEED TO BE CHECK: You need to be evaluated by your doctor or a neurologist with your symptoms, if you can not get an appointment go to er.You have symptoms of headache, really dizzy and on top of that trouble seing andthese are symptoms which can not be ignored.I don't know why you are trying to find help on this sight. You need a thorough evaluation including history physical, blood test and imaging like MRI etc.
