Hello, i've been suffering from dizziness, feeling off balance and having headaches/pressure. i've just discovered a hard ear lump too. i'm worried :(?

Ct scan: I am not sure that the ear lump is related, but any time new headaches emerge or new types of headaches emerge in someone, they should be evaluated. Headaches due to migraine or other benign headaches do not typically cause loss of balance and dont necessarily cause much dizziness. I would get at least a ct scan of the head or an MRI to be sure.
