Many possibilities.: There are innumerable medical, nutritional and emotional conditions that include being tired as a symptom. These range from simple issues to those far more complex. A good checkup and blood testing would be a good starting point.

Exercise: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. In mean time, start exercising. Begin with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity so that you sweat profusely. It may take a few months for the full effect.
