Cannabis is more dangerous then tabacco, is that true?

Not sure: That is an interesting epidemiological question. My intuition is telling me that the opposite is true although with cannabis being illegal in most parts of the country it is challenging to study in a completely objective way. There are hidden risks to intoxication with cannabis, particularly with respect to driving, although smoking tobacco products is bad indeed as well!
