Cut to the chase: Since marijuana was legalized in several states, and totally allowed in my home state, colorado, have heard all sorts of "optimistic" expressions that this is the best drug for all conditions and will cure numerous diseases. Yes, i think it may help pain, and spasticity in ms, and does seem to calm migraines in some, we need to do research and see where it can help. Need objective evidence!

Hold your horses : There are mixed reports concerning marijuana's immune system effects. Some reports show that marijuana smoking depresses this. Other studies are finding that cannabinoids may affect the viability and invasiveness of some cancer cells. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22614735 jumping automatically from this to "cannabis shrinks cancer tumors" is hype, though. Buyer beware, .
