Possibly thrush: If you have been on antibiotics, it could be a condition called thrush. Gargling warm salt water a few times daily for a week might clear it up. However, if is is painful, if it bleeds, if you are a smoker, or if it does not COMPLETELY go away in a week, you must see your doctor or an ENT.
