Xray finding?: This is usually a description included with a sinus ct. It indicates thickening of the sinus linings. May be due to infection or chronic inflammation.

Sinuses: This is a non specific description of the thickening and inflammation in the lining of the sinuses, it can be from an infection, allergies, chronic sinusitis, etc. By itself is not a disease but is associated with other problems.
