Many options: The ct is telling you there is mild inflammation of the ethmoid sinuses, but that has no effect on breathing. You breathe through your nasal passages, so a deviated septum, turbinate congestion, polyps, and other intranasal obstructions can affect breathing. Allergies certainly can contribute. Discuss this with an ENT specialist to see if there is some help for you with medication or surgery.
