"Best" is hard: To define, but some cancers have clear pathways, others are less well laid out. You can start on the net, but it is a quagmire of mixed good and bad information. Ask friends, church or community, ask your doctor what he would do for a family member, or go to a local or national cancer center. Get a second opinion if dissatisfied or just feels wrong.
