Need more info: Squamous cancer can be seen in the skin or other sites such as head/neck, esophagus, lung, cervix. Typically, early or small cancers are initially treated with surgery; advanced cancers often require chemotherapy and radiation.

Depends: We have squamous cells on our skin and in linings of our mouth to anus as well as the lung. So it depends where the squamous cell cancer is and what stage it is that determines the best treatment choice.
