Lung cancer: Lung cancer does not affect digestive system directly. Any cancer can cause loss of appetite. Lung cancer can sometimes obstruct food pipe. Rarely lung cancer can cause encephalitis or myasthenia like weakness of muscle ( eaton lambert syndrome).

Depends: Directly, not at all, unless the cancer has spread to those areas. Some cancers can produce hormones which can affect function of other organs. Otherwise, cancers can cause effects by requiring high levels of nutrients to grow, leading to malnutrition of the host.
