What i want to know, if i have a tonic clonic seizure, should someone call 911 immediately, or should they still wait 5 minutes?

Self limited seizure: Most seizures are short and self limited, usually from 2-5 minutes. If you have had seizures in the past and had them stop spontaneously, the waiting time should be that time if it is less than 5-7 minutes. If there is any indication of respiratory distress, or a fall from which a head injury occurred, i would call 911 immediately.
