Chest pain: You can have pain due to the wound healing and inflammation. If you have pericarditis it may feel like angina.

Several: Sternal and incisional are the most common. Pleural and chest and ribs. Chest tubes. Pericardial irritation. And rarely cardiac pain from closed grafts and angina or heart attack. Discuss with your surgeon.
