OD: Thats a huge dose, you can go into seizures or status epilepticus or have some other brain excitation side effects. Wellbutrin usually is cardio neurtal but at that high dose anything is possible including stroke, please call 911 or have some go to nearest er.

Bupropion O/D: Why did you over-dose? Are you hoping to die? Mild to moderate sx's may include ^ blood pressure, ^ heart rate, agitation, tremor, seizure, dizziness, confusion, hallucinations, paresthesias & lethargy. Wellbutrin O/D's can be lethal. Please seek immediate medical care (and don't drive yourself).
