Wellbutrin (bupropion): Depending on dose, fairly common to see such initial symptoms when starting wellbutrin (bupropion) for 1st. Time, and wear off within a week. If such symptoms interfere with your daily functioning, talk to your doctor soon.

Side effects?: A lot of folks do not really know that they can call their dr anytime. Your dr may not be able to talk with you at the time of your call, but you should receive a call back from the dr's office, either from the dr or his or her nurse. As far as what you describe in your question, it sounds like some side-effects to the wellbutrin (bupropion).
