Painfull Post Op: Most common surgery done for Spondylolithesis is Spinal Fusion and it is painful post op and have to take Pain Meds and there is a rehab period as well You do not feel any pain during the surgery as you are under General Anasthesia but pain is post and uring rehab period and has to be controlled with strong pain killers
