A member asked:

How to draw blood without a syringe for an art project?

Do not do: Human blood should not be used for an art project due to the possible spread of disease. The artwork would be considered a hazardous material.

Syringe is best: A sterile syringe is the best and will collect the blood. Otherwise it is a matter of some type of cutting the skin to make the blood drip into a container. This is enhanced by heating the body part that you are cutting . Remember that the blood will clot and separate into clot and serum which might affect the art. You can buy blood at a butcher shop to avoid hurting yourself.
