Maybe (not) . . .: What do you mean by tummy? Seriously! appendicitis pain may start around belly button but eventually moves to right lower quadrant in most situations. Back & right flank pain suggests kidney stone, possibly infection. Best to go see your family doc for evaluation. If fever, sweats, chills, worse pain, vomiting, bloody painful urine, etc, don't wait for an appointment. Instead, go to er immediately.
