Many: Drinking soda can erode tooth enamel and increase risk for osteoporosis. Excessively drinking soda that contains sugar may sometimes contribute to development of Type II Diabetes. Many sodas contain caffeine. There are quite a few potential benefits to cutting out excessive use of sodas.
