A common condition: D+ is the most common rh finding. It is usually referred to as rh positive. It is not a situation that has any particular advantages or disadvantages other than testing for transfusion is needed. That is standard for all tranfusions.

Group A and O: The different is one has blood group o+ - and the other has blood group a+. Group o has no antigen a and b, but has antibody to a and b. So, group o is a universal donor- and the blood can be given to people with different blood group. Group a has antigen a, and antibody b. So, can receive group a or o blood. Group o only can receive blood group o if needed any blood transfusion.

No, nothing special: A positive, a+, a rh positive, and a rhd positive are four ways of saying the same thing. It is one of the basic blood types, so there is nothing to worry about just because a person is a+ blood type.

What is advantage or disadvantage of o+ blood group?

Universal donor: The advantage is that you are a universal donor- which means you can donate your blood and the blood can be used and be given to people with different type of blood group. Which means you can do a lot of good karma. The disadvantage is that if you ever need packed red blood cell transfusion-you should only get a type o blood, which unfortunately -is not very common.

This is sound advice. There is a "pop" book series that makes a huge variety of false claims and bogus recommendations for different blood types. Ignore them.

Blood groups: Blood gr o+ can be a donor to all other groups whereas, if you need blood, you can only get o group blood, which is scarce.
