PCOD: Pcod may make it harder to get pregnant, but you can get pregnant with pcod. If you get semi- regular periods, you may be ovulating spontaneously. If you don't get any periods at all, then you may need a doctor's help to ovulate.

Yes.: Pcos does make it more difficult to get pregnant, but far from impossible.

Yes: With pcos patients often don't ovulate regularly but definitely can still become pregnant if you do ovulate or i'd you get help to ovulate. Good luck!
