I was told that i have polycystic ovaries today and i take 500 mg metformin for prediabetes. can i still get pregnant?

Prediabetes: I never understand "prediabetes". Either you have diabetes or you do not. Always make sure that you are not taking too much food and/or not exercising enough. I doubt you need metformin and there is no apparent reason to think you will not have a pregnancy and thoroughly enjoy your children.
