My friends enlarged heart is now too cramped in their chest an their rib is pinching their heart on the x-ray what can they do to solve this problem?

Treat the : Cardiomegaly if possible to reduce size & strain with medications.

Cardiomegaly: Cardiomegaly can have many causes and the treatment depends on why the heart is enlarged and what its doing. When valve disease or congenital disease is the problem, surgery can often ameliorate the problem.
