Possibly not: First of all, its very rare to have coronary (heart) disease in young age like yours. And, you had all checked within 2 weeks. Did you check your thyroid? Do you have an anxiety? Sometime anxiety and thyroid problems, may present like this too. I would recommend you to see a doctor if this persists.

You need diagnosis.: If you still have these symptoms and other causes are ruled out, ask your doctor to send you to a cardiologist who can carefully take your H&P and possibly order other tests, such as Holter monitoring, electrophysiology studies, echocardiogram, and others as clinically indicated by the cardiological examination.
