Double vision: Transient double vision is most often due to drying out of the tear film or headache. If the double vision is persistent, see your eyemd as soon as you can; also eyemd can look in microscope to look to see if you have a foreign body or more likely blepharitis and meibomian gland dysfunction as cause of feeling of something in the corner of your eye.

Be cautious: Although this could be a corneal or lens issue, some of your description could suggest a vitreous or retinal detachment. Perhaps in the end this will prove to have been a migraine equivalent, but best to be assured that your vision is not at risk, so see your eye professional.
