If i strain to look out of the corner of my eyes, i have instances where my peripheral vision seems brighter(like looking at a bright bulb).normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: The peripheral vision is the most sensitive and can detect light in very dim illuminated situations. This is normal so don't worry about it.
