Droopy eyelid?: Your question is not clear. But it sounds like the outside part of your upperlid is drooping (ptosis) about 1/3 down. This is a very common after surgery in elderly. The muscles that pull the eyelid up become very weak by age and the surgical speculum may cause dehiscence of the muscle from eyelid no matter how careful your dr. Is. It is not the dr.'s fault. It may recover.
