Get checked: I would expect some sedation, clouding of your thinking, even dyspnea after gabapentin. Chest pain, however, is a rare side effect and other causes such as indigestion, esophageal spasm, or cardiac problems need to be ruled out. Get checked by your doctor and don't take more Gabapentin before doing so.

Call: This is probably nothing, but to be safe call your prescribing physician and let him/her know.
