NO! Please go to an ER now. Although very uncommon adolescent males, the vaccines can cause myocarditis: https://tinyurl.com/98kjhe7b Also COVID-19 infection can cause this as well. It usually gets better but get seen right away to be sure of the cause. Shortness of breath causing panting may be due to some other serious problem. Go to ER now. Call 911 if you have no ride.
