Medication timing: It's always a good idea to take medications as directed but i tell patients not worry about being precisely on time (there are enough things to worry about). Personally, i'd like to narrow down the time difference to an hr either way but i don't have an published proof, just my gut feeling. I just recommend not taking one tab at 11:59pm and another at 12:01am two minutes later.
