Remeron (mirtazapine) at night : Definitely take the Remeron at night - as it is sedating. You can play with when you take the Lexapro (escitalopram) dose - as it has a fairly long half-life, I usually suggest in the morning with breakfast for most people. Hope that helps!

AM/PM: Check with your doctor to see if taking Lexapro (escitalopram) in the morning and Remeron at night would be consistent with your treatment plan. Remeron often is prescribed in low doses to help with sleep, and, of the two, may be the better medication to take at night.
