Yes: I do recommend that you go in and be seen by your doctor. I would recommend also you reflect upon any prior injuries to this area. There could be a microfracture that is not easily seen or felt. You may have a strain or there may be just increase laxity in the tendons and your ankle. You may consider icing the area and taking an anti inflammatory to help the discomfort.
