Infertility: If your period is late, that usually suggests that you might be pregnant. If your periods are irregular, that might explain infertility. If you've tried to get pregnant for over a year but w/o success, it's time to go see reproductive endocrinologist for testing. In meantime, start taking prenatal vitamin (to lower risk for ntd) & have your partner get semen analyzed & sperm counted.
