MANY possibilities: At least 1/3 of time the problem is with your partner, and it is MUCH easier to test your partner first with a sperm sample. Multiple: 50/50 male vs female factor infertility. We know you may not be ovulating 12 times per year but that does not mean that you cant get pregnant. Need semen analysis and hysterosalpingogram (if normal) before any thing else.
