Go ahead: A home pregnancy test should be reliable 2 or maybe 3 days before your expected period, so marathon a week late is accurate. Good wishes.

Check OTC test: OTC tests are reliable. Check one now. If you are pregnant you may qualify for Medicaid coverage in your state, a physician certification of pregnancy will be needed. Good Luck.
