Anxiety: It is possible that your symptoms are caused by your anxiety, rule out other causes by seeing your doctor. Psychotherapy is generally very effective in treating generalized anxiety, also try using the anti anxiety app and my book, "transforming anxiety into joy" may be of help to you also as it is workbook full of exercises to help tame anxiety. My best.
