Asymptomatic: Apart from kidney stones or sources of bleeding, kidney disease is largely asymptomatic. You can ask your doctor to screen you for diabetes, hypertension, check your blood chemistry, and spot urine albumin/creatinine ratio for an initial line of evaluation.
