Eating Habits: First, the secret is to slow down when you eat. Chew the food for a minute or two, put the fork down and wait to eat the next bit. Second, you must cut out most sugars in the diet and replace them with proteins. A diet high in protein will often lead to much less hunger. Third, eating six small meals in a day rather than three will lead to less hunger and less food eaten.
