No: Ticks typically inject a compound that renders the bite area numb so that the person it's feeding from, won't know it's there.

Unsure: Do you mean the initial bite? That usually does not hurt. Do you mean after a while? That can happen. If you have been bitten by a tick get it checked by a doctor.
