Tick bite: Ticks are insects that need to suck blood to survive - to do that they can puncture through the skin, and if it's a sensitive area, there could be some pain involved. Usually it is quite minor, unless the site becomes infected and then it could hurt more. I would recommend to show this to a doctor - they can evaluate for infection or other complications from a tick bite. ID doctors can be helpful.
