Sebaceous Cysts: As long as it is not painful or infected looking i would leave it alone for now.

Warm compress: Applying a warm moist compress, a warm washcloth, to the area a few times a day can help your body expel any remaining debris. It should clear in a few days. If not, or if it becomes more swollen, red or painful, seek medical care.
