The good news: You are describing two different problems. Acne in the buttock area is not unusual. Tight, non breathable pant will make things worst. The darker pigmentation is a result of the healing process. Uv from the sun causes the red spot to heal with a darker look. Kind of like a tan. Sunlight will go though the weave in your cloths. Hydroquinione will bleach the color back to normal.
