Heart condition : Heart condition is a general phrase that includes many things not tested by those examinations ... For example valve disease , congenital disease or arrhythmia would focus on symptoms and physical exam and let your doc follow that train.

Yes: Diagnosing diseases is statistical. With all your normal tests, it's highly unlikely that your heart is the culprit and you'd do well to look to another cause. That said, all tests can be normal and there can be heart disease present, the so called "one in a million" problem.
